Or Gremlin and the Vampire, Tim and Ash, Ashley and Tim, interchangeable nouns, clumsy banners that help in crowds (There are murmurs, half whispers, snorted incantations and occasionally an air conditioned tent that only slings bangers). Labels and signifiers. surface fumblings, can you point at the ocean? Surely it’s not the ocean, just a wave or a direction, some briny approximation. the ocean avoids the trappings of a name or a gesture. So many names and names still to come. Love is the catch all. The attempt to wrap the vastness of the seas in a word, it will do. Love. Lady. Tiger.<\/p>\n

Since words alone don’t encompass love, living lacks the weight of ritual (and tigers are lazy and aimless) it is time for Tim and Ashley to invoke those man made laws and get married. Marking our intent the only way we know how. In a ch\u00e2teau somewhere in France with you and you (who we love too), music, moonlight, varieties of food, intoxicants and distractions, for more days than is polite. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ashley Monique Bernadette Ann Cartwright<\/strong> That is a lot of names, by the end of this trip another will be added. Why so many names? Best I can figure is it was humankind’s attempt to capture the bright, radiant warmth her beauty and kindness achieves. One would hardly be enough.<\/p>\n
